The HALIOS ID 6 and 12 system can produce pure water (Type 2) and ultrapure water (Type 1) directly from tap water in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. Both models feature an integrated 10-liter storage tank for Type 2 water, offering high adaptability to meet diverse laboratory requirements. While Type 1 water is essential for advanced analytical instruments and life sciences, the Type 2 water produced is ideal for chemical and biochemical reagent preparation, water baths, incubators, autoclaves, and more.

  • Dual Water Quality: The HALIOS ID 6 and 12 systems are designed to produce both pure water (Type 2) and ultrapure water (Type 1) directly from tap water to meet ASTM standards.
  • Under appropriate feed water conditions, the HALIOS ID 6 provide pure water (Type 2) up to 6 L/hr, while the HALIOS ID 12 up to 12 L/hr at 10°C.
  • Includes a 10-liter pure water (Type 2) storage tank with a conical bottom and a dedicated Type 2 outlet.
  • Integrated with a UV 185/254 nm lamp to oxidize and decompose organic compounds (TOC reduction) and destroy microorganisms.
  • The system automatically stops working during a feed water shortage to protect the system from damage.
  • The system has conductivity cells to ensure the type 1 water quality prior to dispensing.
  • The integrated dispenser features a top-mounted touch display and attaches to the production unit, allowing for a detachable and vertically adjustable dispensing arm.
